Chicken its always a good option. Chicken fajitas, chicken stir fry, chicken and rice the list goes on good luck0

I like taking 1 Tbsp Mayo and mix it with half a can of Tuna then eating that mixture with 14 Triscuit Biscuit/Crackers. Adds up to be about 320 calories0
