I highly suggest Chalean Extreme!
I absolutley love this set of workout!!! I can't do much jumping etc but most of the exercises she has are usually better for the knees than most of the videos I have seen. Like when she does her sumo squat burpee she turns her toes out so it's lighter on the knees instead of the regular way. I love the lifting all of it.

Plate and dumbbell bars
So I have a lot of plates from my dumbbell bars and my barbel. The problem is I am needing to make 12 lb weights out of the plates but I only have 5's and 2 1/2's and my bars are 0 weight. Could I make it uneven on the bars?

Macros
So I am at 1300 cals and my macros are set at 55% carbs I know you should eat 1 lb of protein per body weight but I am having a hard time to staying under my 55% carbs. I am not a meat eater so that's a huge problem for me. I eat a lot of nuts eggs proetein shakes etc. What do you all think I need to do?

Ok, so on here it says for me to lose .5 lb a week to eat at 1368 and I checked another site it said 1486. I workout 5-6 days a week. I do chalean extreme and run a day a week. I am 5'2 wieight 135.

So I have a whole in my ear so I can't go underwater. I usually do the kickboard but how do you suggest I had that in my exercise? lap or leisurely?

Circuit training vs weight training
Which do you prefer. I like both but after doing weight training I notice when I do circuit training I have to lift heavier where I was using lighter weights.

LOOK HERE!!!
So I pretty much can not do plyos anymore! I have torn tissue in my foot the ball of it. My physical therapist said not to do plyos anymore or it will make it worse. So I had to switch over to strength training. I am thinking about doing ripped in 30 and 30day shred and just not do the plyo exercises anyone else do this.
