Carbs high on here

So my first time around on here I got down to 110 but I was toned like I thought I should be and I was doing weights and cardio. So I gained a few back and I was on a 1200 cal a day. But looking throuhg I think I figured it out. I was taking in like 180 gm of a carbs on a 1200 cal diet and my protein was only like 50 grams. I switched to 40 carbs 30proteins and fats. Hopefully this will help. IDK if anyone else has done this and saw great results. This is my 4th week and I have not really went down I have seen a few changes. I set my thing at half lb per week. I think since I am doing strength training I know that as a lot to do with it. I do strength 4 days a week cardio 3x a week 30-40 min.
