So I want this to be kind of a tell all. How you personally got your abs. Tell everyone what you did how you eat etc.

    By having 2 children, one of which I gained 60 lbs with, ripping my skin into shreds with this lovely (what I call) road map of stretch marks. THATS how I "got them abs" ;)

    LOL!! I dont think my abs will EVER show thanks to my two kiddos. Gotta love em.

  • I limit my sodium intake, watch my calories, and stay away from processed foods as much as possible. Cardio some days. Weight training the other days. Yoga once a week for flexibility and to help build lean muscles.

    Plank, push ups, and dead lifts are great total body exercises.

    I ate 1,600 calories on a 50% carb, 30% protein and 20% fat ratio. I have been doing the Beachbody workouts since June 28, 2010 and have had awesome results :) Insanity is what really shed the fat so my abs would pop out :) Here is my video of my transformation :)

    My wife and I used the RFL diet for two four week stretches, I now have a four pack (I haven't seen abs since jr. High school) I also lost 25 pounds and reduced my bf% from the 20% range down to 13%. There is a saying' abs are made in the kitchen, Diet is 99% of abs. and no you cannot spot reduce fat, All the sit ups and ab ripping in the world wont make them show unless your diet is in check.

    P.S. I also have the perfect child bearing abs, with a bit of warmth thrown over them! lol
