So I pretty much can not do plyos anymore! I have torn tissue in my foot the ball of it. My physical therapist said not to do plyos anymore or it will make it worse. So I had to switch over to strength training. I am thinking about doing ripped in 30 and 30day shred and just not do the plyo exercises anyone else do this.
