So in the mornings I have been waking up feeling really bloated and like I ate tons of salt. I drink a gallon water a day and watch my salt intake. I always stay under the 2500 and even if I am high I never feel like this in the morning. I do weights 4x a week cardio 3x a week. I am wondering if it's bc I am not eating enough? I take in 1310 a lot of people suggested up my intake to 1500. Any suggestions.
