Wish I had an answer for you, but I haven't done this one yet. I am doing the 30 day shred and I too have been a heavy lifter and I don't feel the soreness that some have experienced the next day. But I am seeing results which was so surprising. The workouts are challenging to me and I do have to take a five second rest during some of the exercises especially on level 2 which I just completed my second day. I can't explain it but like I said I don't get sore but I am slightly exhausted after the workout and I am seeing results. I think I am going to do the workout every other day and do my weights twice a week because I do want to build muscle. But when I do try the ripped in 30, which is the plan after I finish 30 day shred, I will let try to post the results. Good luck. I do find 30 day to be a challenge and I too have been a heavy lifter. I'll let you know when I try ripped. Feel free to friend me so I can give you my feedback.

Ok sounds good!! I have done 30 day shred but couldn't do it every day I got bored with it. It was challenging for me. I guess it's a sign of progress?
