Fruit and weight gain
I am down 70 pounds and with winter here I am trying to keep it off. I decided to eat different so I have added more fruit. Banana, fresh fruit bowl, berries, I have added. I am up 4 pounds. Am I eating to much?

Way to much fruit
Can eating to much fruit hurt a person in anyway. I only eat fresh fruit and up to 8 servings a day is that ok.

To cold to walk outside
I have lost around 60 pounds and my main exercise has been walking. Well with winter the temp is around 15 degrees and I just can not walk in that. When I started my weight loss I did not think about winter. My question is what can I do now to get the weight off and I can not afford to go to the gym. Ideas please please.
