learning how to run but have ?
I want to start running but it is so cold here with ice and snow. My ? is can I learn how to run using the treadmill or should I not do this. I am very over weight 80 pounds and not sure just how to start this please help. Thanks Sorry I posted this to the wrong message board

Want a Good Weight loss book
I have read alot of diet books over the years but want a good Weight loss Book. I want a book that talks about how to change your life with food and fitness. I do not want to read a book that tells you what to eat for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. I want a book on health not a Diet book.

Day one

I have never used Protien Powder but would like to try some. My Qestion I want a GOOD one that really tastes good. Give me a Brand name and should I start with van or choc. I have taken the advice from my last post about my weight not moving. I have check to see what my BMR and TDEE are and this is what I got. I also read the road map. I am female 46 5'1 and 217 pounds. My BMR --1665 My TDEE -1998 My BMI -41 It states I can eat 20% below my TDEE so should I be eating 1598. That is where MFP…

Weight has stopped moving
I have not lost any weight in almost 5 weeks. I am down 34 pounds (started MFP 10/5/2012). My daily cal are 1440 I eat at that or below. I do have a desk job (12 hours three days week). My question is should I lower my cal to say around 1300 or less would this help?

Feel so full

weight down one day up the next

Is canned fruit healthy to eat (in light juice). My family likes fresh fruit but we end up letting it go bad in the ice box. If we open a can we will divide it between us and eat it all (no waste).

Anybody do Walk at Home
I just got Leslie Sansone DVD Walk at home and I love it. Has anyone used this and lost weight? I have arthritis so this is easy for me to do. I did work up a sweat and was tired when I got done. The workout is 4 miles but I can only do 2 miles but will work up to the 4 miles.

My daily cals is 1560 and I have never ate that. Here is my Question been on here for 3 months down 21 pounds. Over the last two weeks I have really cut down to between 900-1240 on cals and I have put on three pounds. Can someone explane that for me less cals and i gain weight.
