I use them a lot! My favourite is making meatball sub sammiches. Just add some light mozzerella and a couple spoons of sauce on a roll and broil in the oven. Yum!

Also, I buy the Chinese wonton wrappers and make tiny meatball wontons. I like to add hot sauce for flavour, but you can use whatever you like. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 7-10 mins. Divine, and very lo-cal.

I'm on a sodium restricted diet, so I make my own as well as a variety of pasta sauces for pasta dishes, soups, healthy sandwiches, an entry with any one of variety of steamed veggies, etc. Just gotta watch the sodium and cholesterol for me.

    They are very tasty!

When I make turkey meatballs, I usually eat them as is with some parmesan risotto. My turkey meatballs are pretty spicy though.
