I have lost around 25 pound and I have been on a plateau for almost a month. Up two pound down two pound, just up and down. I have not gained but just the up and down. Can someone tell me what to do to start the weight loss again.

use the search function and find the threads and groups related to "eat more to lose more".

you might be running too deep a deficit and running into hormonal complications as a result. that could be slowing your loss down to the extent that you think you're on a plateau.

check out the Eat, Train, Progress group as well.

jump off the dam plateau, NOW, do things different, change it up, go longer and harder.

If your diary is accurate, you'll probably benefit from eating at least 1200 calories a day. Preferably closer to your 1500-calorie goal. I know it sounds counter-productive, but every plateau I had to beat was caused by me dropping my calories too low.
