Is this Good

I started on here 1/2/14 and it has been 22 days and I am only down 5 pounds is that good?

    Seems pretty good to me. It's recommended to lose between 1 & 2 pounds per week.

    Over 1.5 pounds per week is perfect.

    Don't rush it, you didn't gain it all in 3 weeks, you won't lose it all in 3 weeks.

    That's great. A healthy weight loss is no more than 2 lbs. per week.

    yup I like it, the only reason I am down 10 in that amount of time is that I have a lot to lose! good work!

    I have been here for 6 months tomorrow and I am down 23lbs. I'd say you are doing really good!!! When I first started I dropped 10 in the first 6 weeks and then after that the weight loss slowed down a lot and it has never been consistent. I seem to drop 5 lbs here and there. It is one hell of a journey! Be patient and learn your body... you didn't put the fat on over night so it won't come off over night! Good luck to you :)
