We are having baked chicken breast tonight and my family loves to cut it and dip in something. I would like a low calorie dip that my family would like so I can get them to stop with the sweet BBQ, Ranch dressing, sour Cream and so on. Please help thank you

    we like to dip in in a mix of fat free ranch and ketchup style Franks hot sauce. yummy
