Rapid weight loss in a week?
I started my diet again to go on my summer shred and i started at 13stone 12lbs last wednesday.. my goal is to eat under 1900kcal / day and since then everyday has been 1800+ apart from 2 days where it was 1700+... 1 week 1 day later and I have lost 8lbs? how?

Eating the calories you burn?
I have been eating the calories I burn from cardio but is it necessary? do I need to eat that? will I lose more weight if I dont eat it? or will I lose more weight if i do eat it?

When can I carb load?
I have been dieting since the 8th of october and I started at 13stone 14lbs and today i weighed in at 12 stone 13!! 4 days ago on monday I started a low carb diet so I can carb load when I come off and hopefully see more gains. When is the best time to do this? a week on low carb? 2 weeks?

New day or not?
So yesterday I had a meal at about 5:30pm and i didnt eat after that until 11pm ( 5 hours + fast ) then from eating I went to sleep before midnight and just woke up at 6am ( 6 hour fast ) do I count the thing I ate last night at 11pm in todays mfp or yesterdays?

Say my kcal for a day is 1400. If I eat 1400 kcals within a day but I do not sleep.. I do an all nighter does this mean the next 1400 kcals I eat the next day = to 2800? or is it still 1400 calories for the second day?

HUNGRY
Its 0200 I am starving!! im 9 days into my diet and this is the first time i've started to struggle!! I am tempted to go eat something so I am downing a pint of water to kill the hunger but i am still hungry!

DINNER AFTER 7pm?
Does it really matter if you have your dinner after 7pm? I have dinner whenever want it ( after 5pm usually ) but sometimes I eat it at 10pm?

NO CARBS AFTER 8pm?
I remember someone telling me no carbs after 8pm when I was on the ketosis diet.. Does this rule still count for just counting cals and having your daily macros?
