CALORIC GOAL?

What would be a good caloric goal / day to lose weight for a male that is 5ft 8, 192lbs?

    According to your stats you:

    Maintain your current weight on Sedentary at 2395 calories per day.

    to lose 1lb per week you need a 500 calorie a day deficit.

    2395-500= 1895

    Remember these numbers are for Sedentary, if you exercise you will need to eat 1895+ whatever you burn exercising.
