Last week I injured my shoulder and i cant lift weights for 6 weeks ( Doctor recommended ) but I am unfortunately cutting atm! should i still take my Creatine, protein shakes etc even though im not lifting weights? im trying to keep my protein very high to minimize muscle lose while cutting! I am doing cardio everyday as well even though i cannot lift weights!

That sucks. Anyone who is losing weight should get plenty of protein, even if they're not lifting, in order to maintain muscle. Unless you're still doing some kind of resistance training (uh, lots of leg presses, I guess?) I'd ditch the creatine, though, it's mainly going to go to waste. Start taking it a week before you start lifting again, since it can take that long to become biologically active.0
