Its 0200 I am starving!!
im 9 days into my diet and this is the first time i've started to struggle!!
I am tempted to go eat something so I am downing a pint of water to kill the hunger but i am still hungry!

Looks like from your diary you need to change some things about your food plans. You're very high on the carbs, especially high-glycemic carbs. That's causing blood-sugar spikes and drops that are making you hungry. and you're low on your proteins, which are more satiating--and absolutely necessary for a young man your age. Your body is still developing, and what you want to lose is fat, not muscle. Eating protein helps protect against muscle loss.
make sure your protein is at MINIMUM the amount that MFP says it should be--and really, higher is better. reduce the carbs some--not saying do away with them, but keep them to a couple of servings a day. fats are fine, too, and help you shed fat and feel full. shedding some carbs will give you room for more proteins and fats, and you do still have room for eating more calories overall, so eat them.0 -
