So if it says

Carbs: 4.3 / 100ml
of Which Sugars: 3.4g / 100ml


should I put in 21.5g of carbs and 17 Sugar in my MFP?? or...

    Yes, that's right. The smount of sugar is a subcategory of the amount of total carbs. Hope that helps!
