Should you aim for a few pounds below your goal weight?
Just wondering if you guys think it's a good idea to aim for a pound or two below your official goal weight so that when you maintain you stay in a range around your goal? Instead of your goal ending up being the bottom of your maintenance range? Maybe I'll just see how I feel when I get there and decide accordingly.
