I've been on MFP for a while now and lost a bit of weight, and am maintaining now. I've found that this site has helped my to pretty much eliminate my cravings to binge on junk food and just to junk in general, which is great. However, I'm still addicted to biting my nails and pulling out my hair (weird, I know). It makes me feel horrible about myself and it's just getting worse. No matter how many times I tell myself I'm going to stop, I just can't.
So I thought I'd ask you guys for advice, seeing as though loads of people here have been able to overcome addictions (whether to certain foods/drinks like soda, overeating in general or eating disorders)... all of which must be really hard to break. So pleeeease, does anyone have any tips/advice for me?
