Irregular bowl movements...

The past few weeks I've been going like 5-7 days at a time without bowel movements... I don't always hit my fibre goal, but I find it hard to reach it without exceeding my calorie allowance for the day. I've noticed that this is making me more bloated than usual. What should I do? Will drinking more water help?

PS: whoops... typo in the title. How annoying!

    I was going to say "eat more fiber and drink more water" but I can't see your diary, so I don't know if that's what's needed or not. Friend me and I'll take a look? Are you feeling constipated at all? If not, I'd give it a bit longer, drink more water and see. If it goes for too long....I dunno...an enema? *shrug* I'm not a doctor.
