I'm 5'3, about 136-137lbs, my BMR is 1,326 and TDEE is 1659. I don't workout but am on my feet and walking about for about 11 hours a day. I want to get back down to about 126lbs. MFP has my calories at 1600, is this the amount I should be eating? I'm not 100% sure how my BMR and TDEE works into all this.

Is this harmful?
I'm 5'3", 25 and eating 1200 calories a day. I've been doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Over the last 3 weeks I've lost around 5lbs, going from 134lbs to 129lbs and that's with only 4 days of exercise in the last week. Should I up my calories or is this ok? My goal weight is 112-119lbs.

Losing too fast?
At first I was losing around 0.5 lbs a week on 1200 cals and no exercise. Since exercising for 30-45 mins, 5 days a week and still eating 1200, I've lost 3.5 lbs in 2 weeks. Is this too fast? My CW is now 130-131 lbs and I'm aiming for 112.

Only 2lb loss in 3 and a half weeks?
Is this bad, good, average? I really would love to lose more faster. I want to be back to 126 or lower. I'm currently trying to exercise the best I can without gym equipment, doing crunches and other things like that and actually vigorous hoovering for 20 mins a day haha. I'm on 1200 cals a day.

Do you feel guilty skipping exercise?
I usually exercise 5 days a week, skipping the weekend but today I just don't feel up to jumping on my bike for 40 minutes and won't be able to exercise tomorrow or Sunday so that'll only be 4 days of exercise this week. Looking for friends and motivation. 5'3", 1200 cals.
2 years ago I started off at 182lbs, lost 56lbs in 6 months so was 126lbs. After that I maintained for those 2 years until moving in with my other half and gained 12lbs. Now I'm trying to lose those 12lbs and get to my original goal weight of 112lbs. I've lost 4lbs so far in 48 days.
