Is this harmful?

I'm 5'3", 25 and eating 1200 calories a day. I've been doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week.

Over the last 3 weeks I've lost around 5lbs, going from 134lbs to 129lbs and that's with only 4 days of exercise in the last week. Should I up my calories or is this ok? My goal weight is 112-119lbs.

    It will mainly be water weight in the first week...

    You should be eating back 50% of your exercise calories on top of your basic MFP allowance

    Give it another 3-5 weeks then average your loss if you're averaging 2lbs a week then eat back more exercise calories

    This isn't the first week. It's been 10 weeks. I've lost a total of 9lbs in those 10 weeks. 5 of those lbs have been lost in the last 3 weeks.

    As @rabbitjb said... eat back 50-75% of your exercise calories

    A healthy weight loss is an average of 1 to 2 pounds per week, which is what you are averaging :)
