Is this bad, good, average? I really would love to lose more faster. I want to be back to 126 or lower. I'm currently trying to exercise the best I can without gym equipment, doing crunches and other things like that and actually vigorous hoovering for 20 mins a day haha. I'm on 1200 cals a day.

    What is your stats? Height?
Also is there a reason you do not track sodium levels?

I cannot tell if you use a food scale or not? Do you use a food scale?

Depends on the stats... how much to lose, starting point, etc.

Going by your ticker, that's great. You aren't going to be losing fast when you're close to goal.

    Starting point was 138lbs and I'm 5'3". I do use a scale.

I previously lost 4 stone (about 2 years ago) but put a few lbs back on. It's the excess that I'm trying to lose.

Your ticker says you've lost 50 pounds. That's wonderful!

It looks like you are toward maintenance and have very little to lose. You need to aim for a half pound loss per week. It comes off slower when you're heading to home base.

Also, what are your current stats?

Why do you want to be 126 or lower?

So, 12 pounds to lose and upset that you lost 1.5 pounds per week? Have you considered that your expectations are a bit unrealistic?

    I'm 136 now.

I want to be 126 or lower because that's where I feel comfortable. After losing weight I did get to 126 but since moving in with my other half, I put on a few extra lbs that I don't want.

vacuuming for 20 minutes hardly counts as cardio. You can run, do jumping jacks, run stairs, jump rope for free. Watch free cardio videos. Check out plyometrics. You can do this.

As for 2 lbs in 3.5 weeks, that's not bad. I'm averaging .5 to 1 lb per week. Slow and steady.

When you have only ten pounds to lose, it's going to be slow going. It took me 5 months to lose 7 lbs, but I'm okay with that.

You have to also take into consideration the body will naturally fluctuate several lbs a day. You are doing fine. If you want to add more exercise, you can find plenty of free stuff on fitnessblender.com or start a structured program like "convict conditioning" or "you are your own gym". Resistance training is really beneficial as it can help maintain your muscle and help give you a leaner and tighter body.

I agree. That's a decent pace. Just stay positive.

Crunches are not going to really assist on losing weight, cardio will :)

At your height / weight, losing at your current rate is fine. I know losing faster seems better but for someone already at a good weight, there's no reason to try to lose faster.

I did take a peak at your diary though. Try to eliminate those days you're dipping below 1000. Not sure if you're just not logging everything on certain days or if that's everything.

Patience and realistic expectations will serve you well. You're losing at a great rate.

The days I'm dipping below 1000 are usually the days we eat at my in laws house since I can't see what brands of food or what exactly they're cooking.

It gets me sweaty and gets my heart rate going so I count it. I don't just push a hoover around btw, I use the hose/nozzle and vacuum the whole apartment like that.

FIFY. Cardio will not necessarily help you lose weight. It may help you get in a deficit but I know a lot of runners who gained weight during training season.

I was referring to the reference of working out, I do know that it is a deficit that will be the number one factor to weight loss, however this person referenced being at only 1200 calories a day. Sorry for the confusion.
