I've just started a new job that requires me to be on my feet for 4-6 hours, 4-5 days a week. I'm not constantly walking around but I am now moving a lot more than before, walking from bus stop to work, walking around the shop floor, serving people and restocking etc. Do I need to change my activity level from sedentary to lightly active?

Do you know how many steps you are doing a day in your new job? If not I'd be tempted to leave it where it is and monitor your weight for 6-8 weeks then make an adjustment.0

i would leave it how it is and reevaluate later.0
