I'm 5'3, about 136-137lbs, my BMR is 1,326 and TDEE is 1659. I don't workout but am on my feet and walking about for about 11 hours a day. I want to get back down to about 126lbs.

MFP has my calories at 1600, is this the amount I should be eating? I'm not 100% sure how my BMR and TDEE works into all this.

If you set it to lose weight, then that's the amount to eat. MFP works off a different principle than TDEE, which is why those numbers are similar.

If you spend 11 hours a day on your feet and your BMR is 1326, I can assure you that your TDEE is higher than 1659.

If you entered your stats correctly into MFP, then the 1600 it projected should work. But as this is a personal journey for each person, only time will tell. Accurately weigh, log your food (including non foods such as condiments, beverages, cooking oils, etc.) and evaluate your results over the next 6-8 weeks. Adjust as needed.

I plugged your numbers into a calculator and I get a TDEE of @ 1700 sedentary. Lightly active, being on your feet 11 hours would certainly qualify for that, is @ 1900

Ok, thank you. I'm currently averaging around 1400 cals a day right now. Hopefully the weight will start to come off.
