So after christmas and since starting my new job, I've put weight back on. I lost a few lbs about 5 months ago and got to a weight I was happy at but I've gained it all back. I just stopped caring over christmas and have been eating more since I started my new job.

I'm not sure how much I've gained as I don't have access to a scale. But I've put on about 2 inches around my hips and waist.

My job requires me to be on my feet for about 11 hours a day (not always moving around) so when I get home I'm too tired to exercise. If I just cut down, will it come back off?

Yup. Your weight is determined by how many calories you eat. Eat over the calories required to maintain your current weight (maintenance ) and you will gain. Eat below maintenance and you will lose weight. Eat at maintenance and you will maintain your weight.

Yes indeed as long as your intake is less than you expend.

Just lower your intake, and make sure that you're eating enough to keep you going at work, and you should see a difference. :)

Exercise, while great for you, is not needed whatsoever for weight loss. It can help create a calorie deficit, but that is only needed if you go over calories. Stay under calories and you will lose weight.
