What strength training should I be doing?
I'm 5'3", female, 134 lbs, eating 1200 cals a day and exercising on a stationary bike for 30 mins a day. I've lost 4 lbs so far but don't want to lose muscle. What at home strength training should I be doing and for how long etc? I don't have access to a gym at all and can't currently afford to buy any equipment.

This is something I'm confused about. I eat around 1200 cals a day and I exercise for 30 minutes on an exercise bike and burn 200 cals (according to the bike). Is MFP more accurate than my bike?
I'm not sure how many calories I'm burning. I'm doing my bike for 30 minutes and the bike says I'm burning around 170 cals but when I put in 30 mins of stationary bike into MFP it says I've burned 216 cals. The bike also said my speed was averaging around 24-25k.

People who use mechanical scales?
Do you manage to accurately weigh small amounts? I have a cheap one that goes 0 to 200 to 400 etc and find it a bit difficult to weigh out small amounts, around 10 - 40 grams. I've only just bought this because it was the cheapest option.
