Elbow fat and upper arms

I'm 5'3, 24 and now 9 stone/126lbs. I lost 4 stone about a year ago and the one thing that didn't get much smaller were my upper arms and I still have that weird elbow fat fold thing. It's not as bad as when I was bigger but its now the only thing that makes me self conscious. I'll only wear long sleeved t-shirts if I'm going out.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of this?

If you give it some time, the skin might tighten back up.

And I know this might sound weird, but if you build up your shoulder muscles and arm muscles by lifting weights, your skin/fat on your arms will look better. It really, truly will.

I also had terrible extra skin on my thighs and a skin/fat fold over my knees (besides the skin on my arms). It eventually went away after I started building muscle. Turth be told, I still have a bit of that jiggly tricep area thing. But not so bad that it stops me from wearing short sleeve shirts and tanks when I want to.

Good advice! I agree. work on your muscles. I have noticed my knee fat and thighs have toned up significantly from building muscle. Still waiting on the arm jiggle though! But I'm confident, ok...hoping...it will come!
