One day I can weigh 129lbs and the next I can weigh 134lbs? How much do I actually weigh?

I always weigh myself in the morning, before I've eaten anything.

There is no such thing. Your weight is constantly in flux.

I weigh daily and take a weekly average. That weekly average is what I think of as my actual weight. It takes all the ups and downs into account.

Rolling weekly average of every day weighing.
It's very good, and I get a new 'real' weight everyday to keep me on track.

I always go with the lowest weight of the week...it makes me feel better.

Body weight isn't static...there's all kinds of stuff going on that causes natural fluctuations to include, but not limited to water retention/release and more/less waste in your system from previous weigh in.

The number is not important...the trend is. You should ultimately notice a trend, not only in an overall direction of your weight...but throughout the week, you should basically see a trend like a wave. For example, for me my heaviest day is usually a Saturday and my lightest day is usually a Thursday. I do my official weigh in on Wednesday and it is usually somewhere in between the high and low numbers...and I usually weigh in with that weight at least one other time during the week.

You weigh whatever the scale says you weigh. Just because you weighed five pounds less the day before doesn't mean the scale is wrong.
