edited January 13 in Health and Weight Loss
from august to december I lost 2.5 stone by (accidentally) eating around 800-900 calories (at the time didn't know it was bad for me, I didn't go without much though and never felt hungry) and exercising on a stationary bike for 30-40 mins a day. I was 13 stone, I'm now 10 stone. I lost about 4-5 inches from my waist, hips and thighs and about 2-3 inches from my upper arms.

I took a break from diet and exercise over christmas and upped my calories to 1400. Somehow I lost about 2lbs over christmas. I then restarted my diet on January 1st (eating around 1300-1400) and half a stone just melted off and it's stayed off. I then had to take a 2 week break from exercise because I was ill and then I restarted again but now I don't seem to be losing anything at all. In the last 2 or 3 weeks no weight has come off.

My BMR: 1,359
My TDEE: 2241

do I just keep at what I'm currently doing or do I need to change something?

Sometimes it takes a couple weeks for me to read a lower number on the scale because of water retention and then magically one day I am down 4 lbs. 1300-1400 calories sounds good to me if you are eating back your exercise calories. Just drink lots of water and keep to your goals and you will lose pounds.
