Whitening strips
So I'm looking to do something to whiten my teeth. Anybody have good recommendations for whitening strips/kits that are low maintenance? I can't afford the super expensive stuff, but I definitely want my teeth whiter! Oh, and yes, I do have excellent oral hygiene :-).

I'm trying to get started couponing. Does anyone have tips, tricks, and websites I can use? I'm not trying to go crazy with it, just save a little money each week. Yoga NSVs!
Today in yoga, I held a headstand without the support of the wall for 5 seconds. Also, we're working on drop backs using the wall, and I walked halfway down, when before today I've only been able to bend back and touch the wall!

Numbers on weight machines
Part of my strength training includes seated row, which I do on the universal machince at my condo's gym. Instead of having weights however, the plates in the machine are numbered 1,2,3,4, etc. Does anyone know what this means? Are they ten pound plates? Help!

Sprained ankle
I need some advice. I sprained my ankle last night, so I can't do a lot of workouts for the next week or so. I think I can still do pilates, but I don't know what else I can do to work out. I go nuts without a workout! Any help/advice?

Body fat went up?
So my measurements have gone down by about a half inch everywhere, and my weight has gone down. Why is my body fat calculator telling me I've gone UP a full 2%? That doesn't seem right. I've been working out hard, so I don't think I've been losing muscle...

Yoga mats
During yoga class today, I realized I am in terrible need of a new yoga mat! I wish I could afford a super-nice one, but in reality it's not feasible. I don't want to spend more than about $20, but I'm willing to push it to $23-$25 if there's one that gets rave reviews. Anybody have a suggestion?
