Alright, I'm thinking about trying something new to "simplify" my weight loss some. I can't afford a HRM at the moment, so I'm considering just setting my calorie goals to "very active" and not calculating exercise calories, since I'm pretty sure mine aren't accurate. I work out hard almost every day of the week. This way, I can just eat under on the days I don't work out. Any thoughts/opinions?
