Part of my strength training includes seated row, which I do on the universal machince at my condo's gym. Instead of having weights however, the plates in the machine are numbered 1,2,3,4, etc. Does anyone know what this means? Are they ten pound plates? Help!

there should be a chart on the machine explaining. Only reason i say this is because today as I did some weights i stared at the chart and realized that those number didn't really stand for 10-20-30 like I had always thought...Look at the machine again and see if it has a chart explaining it!0
