So I'm looking to do something to whiten my teeth. Anybody have good recommendations for whitening strips/kits that are low maintenance? I can't afford the super expensive stuff, but I definitely want my teeth whiter! Oh, and yes, I do have excellent oral hygiene :-).

Most of them are decent and application is about the same. I got some self sizing belaching trays that you just heat up and fit to your teeth, and I buy the whitening gel from the dentist to do myself. Bit more expenisve, but really great results.0

Crest whitening strips are pretty good! The ones that I just finished using (and I've used them several times in the past) are only 30 minutes a day for 10 days, but there are different lengths of time that you can buy. The set is $20 (I believe).0

I have used Crest whitening strips in the past. They do work but my teeth were more sensitive to hot & cold.0
