Fluctuation.

Sunburn!
I got a really bad burn today and I'm as red as a lobster from my toes to my nose (literally). Should I still try to go swimming (indoors) for a workout or should I just rest tomorrow? Has anyone ever tried to workout with a sunburn? Also does anyone have quick remedies for a burn?

Water weight question
I gained a pound on Saturday after eating some pizza. I know for a fact I didn't eat over calories or fat at all so I assumed it was water weight from the sodium, but even after drinking a gallon of water and watching what I ate yesterday it didn't go away.
