Metabolism Meltdown

So I've been under eating.... Like bad under eating. I didn't mean to but it happened. I think I killed my metabolism and I'm trying to rebuild it. I'm trying not to gain back very much weight even though I'm quite sure I will gain a few pounds. I have built a plan increasing my caloric intake by 50 each day. If anyone has a better plan or some tips for what I should eat I'd like to know. It'd be a great help.

    I eat 5-6 small meals a day - every 2-3 hours. Eat 20 min. after waking up. Cut the sugar/sodium from your diet. :smile: This will rev your metabolism up!
