I try to workout three times a week, but I keep losing all motivation around wenseday..... I don't want to loose anymore weight, but I want to tone up. So every Monday I am all ready to go, but then I still am not seeing results halfway through the week and I guess that makes me give up. Any motivation advice? Anyone currently maintaining their weight and have a plan that I can follow?
