Ok so I want to know how much 3/4 cup dry fusilli pasta would be when cooked.... Also how much it would look like on my plate. I cannot mesure the pasta because I will be at a dinner party, but any visiuals would be super helpful.

I just found this website a few weeks ago, and it really helps with the visualizations. Everything is shown is equal to 200 calories of that food, so it's really interesting to see the different serving sizes of healthy and unhealthy foods.
