I'm eating out tonight at a Family style Italian reseraunt called carmine's. If anyone could tell me where to find nutrtion facts about this resteraunt it'd be a huge help. Also what foods should I avoid at a Italian resteraunt? Sorry if I'm posting to many questions... I'm completly clueless about a lot of things.
