Now waiting 20 minutes to try my experiment.
I just sautéed a bit of mushroom with onion and lots of garlic, mixed with bread crumbs. Than took 3 large mushrooms, smeared 0.7oz of cream cheese on the inside, stuffed my breadcrumb stuffing and some grated Romano. Now it is in the oven and I am waiting to see what will come out of it. 230 calories.

How I deal with "downfall food" cravings.

Why are my apples not oxidisizng?
I cut an apple, leave it for 2 hours, and nothing. That is just not natural. I remember when I was a kid apples would turn brown in minutes. They are "organic" apples too.... :(
