I booked another vacation and this one will be very tough in terms of avoiding weight gain.
2 weeks.
New Orleans lots of creole food, beignets and drinking, of course. Than a great trans-American train trip. New Orleans to Chicago (19 hours) and from Chicago to California(52 hours). on a train. Supposed to be great scenery(Rockies, deserts, forests, etc) , but no physical activity.
Not to mention it would be nice and romantic to have drinks in our private bedroom on a train every night. Food on the train will be included, but I am sure it won't be healthy food. Plus, it is nice to pop out of the train on a station and buy a donut
Than California. Lots of good food, and we plan to tour Sonoma valley and taste the wines. Should I just log the extra 5lb right now?
In my prior lifestyle, I would love such a trip, and I want to enjoy it now. But I am so torn! I worked very hard to get where I am.

Go enjoy yourself, try to make decent choices, drink lots of water in between your adult beverages and blissful food and get back to it when you get home.0 -
I'm going on a cruise this weekend, then hitting Disneyland for a couple of days after. It can be done! Just make smart choices where you can and enjoy the heck out of the rest of it!0
