One of my faves. Not low calorie by any means, but healthy and tasty.

130 g whole milk fresh ricotta. Soft and delicate.
1 oz of freshly caramelized pecans (I caramelized and toasted them myself last night) Yummy!
0.5 oz of tasty, earthy organic honey.
1 baby banana.

And a fresh brewed coffee with some half and half.

Totals up to a whopping 530 cal (20g of protein), but I can afford it on a workout day, and it is better nutritionally than a croissant.
