Anything with steel cut oats?

All the recipes involve rolled oats. I cook steel cut oats for oatmeal and sometimes wish I could use leftovers to make granola or muffins or other things people do with oats. How do I adjust the recipes? Or what can I do with oats?
Steel cut oats are the best!
Granola is made with uncooked oats you can't really sub steel cuts in there.
Muffins, use the cooked steel cuts, sub one cup of rolled oats with 1 cup cooked steel cuts. Just decrease the liquid a few tablespoons as the cooked oats have some liquid in them. I love the texture that cooked oats give to muffins.
I make my oats by soaking overnight. Then when I eat a portion, I add cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, I put hazelnut or walnut oil instead of butter/margarine Or I will add 0% fat greek yogurt to it.
Cottage cheese is a fav addition by my hubby, but I don't like cc, so I don't do that but worth a try if you do. You can add fresh or frozen blueberries or strawberries or dried cranberries, peaches are great. Even prunes are a good addition.
And if you are doing smoothies, cooked steel cut oats is a nice carb addtion so you get some fiber.0
