Exercise without losing boobs
:blushing: I want to remain my current cup size, but lose inches everywhere else. Right now I'm a 46B and wouldn't mind going down to a 36B. Most people lose weight in their boobs first. Is there a way to keep that from happening? :blushing:

If I am losing inches but not weight does that mean that I am building muscle faster than I am burning fat? Am I burning fat? I am eating about 1g of protein per body pound of weight. I am working out by doing P90X and running.

Confused about Fat
I am supposed to be getting 228g of protein, but staying around 42g of fat. This seems weird. All the good sources of protein has fat associated with it. Under 1500 calories and exercises without results
I don't understand. I run 3 to 7 miles four times a week (500-1000 calories burned each time). I drink 10 cups of water or more a day. I eat 1500 calories or less daily, with little to no fat. I'm maintaining my weight at 215 lbs though. Any suggestions?
