Ab Ripper X stretching suggestion for newbies

Believe it or not folks, but your abs are connected to muscles below your hips known as your hip flexors. If you are feeling sore around your hips and into your groin area by your inner thigh these are the muscles you need to stretch. If you feel like a 70 year old person getting in your car or standing up from the couch, then this is the muscles that you have not stretched enough.

I suggest doing it before and after the Ab Ripper X DVD. I didn't and couldn't complete my workout the next day. You can look at YouTube to see how to do these stretches. After doing them last night I was able to do Plyo this morning with very little problems and soreness. Don't let the experts to tell you to work through the soreness if it is really pain. Strengthing and workout is the answer to sore muscles. Stretching, massaging and relaxing is the answer to tight and painful muscles. Keep pressing play, but do so wisely.
