I have chicken breast that is high in protein and low in fat. I want to keep those nutrients without destroying them. How should I cook it?
Fry?
Bake?
Broil?
Grill?
Microwave?

Mrs Dash seasoning and bake (I like to bake with tin foil over it as it keeps it juicier) or grill. Mrs. Dash seasonings are awesome and no sodium.0

I bake chicken in the oven on a baking stone. No need for oils or spray and it stays nice and juicy! Yummy!0

I'm not sure about preserving the most nutrients, but in the crockpot is melt in your mouth delicious.0

I bake it on low heat, covered with foil. A little BBQ sauce, some low sodium seasoning, or even just a dash of salt and pepper work well.0

in a roasting bag, in the slow cooker /crock pot0

I like to bake with foil paper too. I also grill my chicken on my George Foreman grill or cook it with mix peppers on the stove in my non stick pot.0
