I've been stuck at the same weight range for the last few months.. Going to be on Day 3 of 30DS. Anyone have any ideas of ways to break a plateau? Any help would be great! Thanks everyone.

Yes I know not the best choice but the hubby wanted burgers for dinner, But what I was wondering is if I weighed out 4oz then cooked it and it only 2oz how do I count that do I count it as 1/4lb since It was before I cooked it or should it 1/4 after it is cooked? Hope this question makes since.

Level of activity
Wondering what I should set my level at, now that I have a new job. Work in a Coffee shop so its a lot of twisting, walking, etc.? anyone have a good idea. I have it set at active now, but want to make sure I have it set for the right one

Cleaning
I see on here that you can count cleaning as exercise... one is light to moderate effort the other is heavy. What does everyone count as there cleaning? Laundry, scrubbing floors...etc? Just those I would see what everyone is counting and under which listing.

Yes Yes I know its best not to go out to eat but what is everyone's favorite things to get when you do go out and from where. I dont really like salads so I find it hard to find a good healthy thing when going out to eat.

food to eat back calories
I just got done with my workout and its 9:30 I know have 444 calories to eat back to get my net calories at 1200. I just never know what to eat? Is wheaties a good choice? with almond milk?

So I have been on MFP for 10days, I felt I was doing great and lost 3lbs in the first week. However weighed myself today and gained 2lbs back, no idea why.
