I want to make sure I'm on the right track with my food intake, can anyone who has been here longer then Jan 2011 and lost a good amount of weight look at my dairy and let me know if I am doing a good job, or If I need to add or take anything away from what I am doing, The help would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to loose 40lbs by end of Sept 2011/ early Oct 2011

Try to reduce your sodium intake and try not to skip meals. It looks like you're doing ok otherwise.0
