Yes I know not the best choice but the hubby wanted burgers for dinner, But what I was wondering is if I weighed out 4oz then cooked it and it only 2oz how do I count that do I count it as 1/4lb since It was before I cooked it or should it 1/4 after it is cooked? Hope this question makes since.

Somebody else posted that you should count the weight that you actually eat. If you eat something raw, count that. If you eat something cooked, count that weight.0

I am pretty sure the nutritionist said meat is weighed after it is cooked.0
